Order Process at Klium

You have placed an order on our webshop. As soon as we receive your payment, the order is processed automatically. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and at the same time, the packing slip for your order will be printed in our central warehouse.

Did you order on working days before 8:00 PM? In-stock items are prepared for shipping on the same day. Non-stock items are added to the daily order lists. Once all items in your order are ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code to follow your package. The invoice is sent automatically once all items in your order have been shipped.

Shipping costs

Shipping and handling costs depend on your region. These costs are calculated during the checkout process.


Delivery times

Next-day delivery and deliveries from Monday to Saturday. For every product in our webshop, an estimated delivery time is shown. In-stock items ordered on working days before 8:00 PM are shipped the same day. Non-stock items are ordered from the supplier. Orders with both in-stock and non-stock items are shipped as one package once all items are complete in our central distribution center. Delivery times for non-stock items are based on information from the supplier or manufacturer, which we regularly update. Once we receive an update, we will inform you.

Longer delivery time for certain payment methods

Orders are only processed after receipt of payment. Please note that bank transfer payments may result in longer delivery times.

Delivery of your order, Monday to Saturday

Klium collaborates with DHL for both small and large packages (pallet shipments). Choose delivery to an address of your choice or to a pickup point near you. Small packages are delivered Monday to Saturday, while large packages are delivered Monday to Friday.

Not at home during delivery?

If you are not home, the courier will attempt delivery the next working day. If the second attempt fails, the courier will leave a 'missed delivery card' with the address of the pickup point. You have 5 days to collect your package.


Right of withdrawal & return

As a consumer, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason, and cancel your order. After notifying us of the withdrawal, you have 14 days to return your order. Start your return request via our customer service page. You will be redirected to our return portal, or you can also initiate the return through your Klium account.

Conditions of withdrawal

The shipping costs for the return are at your expense.

  • In case of damages, Klium reserves the right to charge fees amounting to at least 30% of the purchase price of the item (excluding VAT).
  • We request that you return the item in its original (unused) condition, if reasonably possible in its original packaging. If you have used the product beyond what is necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it, we may deduct the depreciation from the refund amount. The direct costs of returning the order are at your expense.
