Still not happy with the outcome? You can then submit the case to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague (www.sgc.nl).

Klium replies within 14 days of receiving the complaint. This applies to both consumer and business issues. We naturally try to solve every complaint fast and properly.

Still not happy with the outcome? Business customers cannot turn to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (meant for consumers) or the ODR platform, but can lodge a complaint via www.thuiswinkel.org.
