To strengthen our customer care team in Hasselt, we are looking for a customer care employee.
Your role
As a customer care employee you are the first point of contact for our customers. As a Klium ambassador you ensure smooth, honest and human service and you guard the quality of every interaction.
- You handle customer questions by phone, chat, e-mail and social media in the customer’s own language.
- In every contact you create a positive experience. You give clear information about orders and deliveries and you avoid surprises by managing expectations well.
- You follow up complaints closely and look for clear solutions together with the team and suppliers.
- You register all customer requests in the system and you help process returns.
- You signal what lives with customers and share this with the team. You analyse issues carefully and you think along about better processes and ways of working.
Your profile
- You speak and write fluent Dutch, French and English. Extra languages count as a plus.
- A diploma is not required; your maturity and bachelor thinking level make the difference.
- You write smoothly and you have a clear voice.
- You communicate clearly and customer-focused by really listening to what the customer needs. You know that professional and respectful communication makes the difference, also in challenging situations.
- You act as a connector and build bridges between the customer and Klium so that the customer enjoys coming back.
- You switch easily between cases and you look for solutions within our agreements. In more complex situations you think creatively and keep the overview.
- A dynamic e-commerce environment gives you energy. You keep priorities sharp, handle several tasks at the same time and stay open to new tools and ways of working.
- You have enough maturity to take decisions independently and take responsibility. At the same time you are a real team player; you support colleagues and share insights.
