Review terms and conditions
At Klium, we consider honest and transparent customer reviews important. That is why we work with Kiyoh to collect and publish reviews. Through this review system, we invite customers after a purchase to voluntarily leave a review about their experience with Klium and, where applicable, about a product.
Who can write a review?
In practice, we collect reviews from customers who have placed an order with Klium. After a purchase, you may receive an invitation to leave a review via Kiyoh. Writing a review is always voluntary.
How do we check the authenticity of reviews?
Klium and Kiyoh believe it is important that reviews are reliable. Kiyoh states that its review system actively invites customers to leave a review and that barriers are built into the system to help safeguard the reliability of reviews, so that reviews originate from real customers as much as possible. Even so, in exceptional cases a review may turn out not to be genuine.
Do we publish positive and negative reviews?
Yes. We aim to provide a realistic picture of the customer experience. That is why both positive and negative reviews may be published. Kiyoh also states that customers cannot remove negative reviews themselves. A response can, however, be posted to a review so that a complaint or remark can be followed up further.
When do we reject or remove a review?
A review may be rejected or removed if it is clearly false or misleading, contains inappropriate or offensive content, contains spam or advertising, includes personal data of third parties, or does not comply with the applicable guidelines. Kiyoh states that reviews that do not comply with its guidelines may be removed.
Do we edit reviews?
In principle, no. Reviews are normally published without any substantive changes. Only in exceptional cases may a limited technical or editorial adjustment be necessary, for example to remove personal data or mask inappropriate language, without changing the substance of the review.
How are reviews ranked?
Reviews are ranked through the review system we use. When an overall score or summary is displayed on our website, it is based on the reviews collected via Kiyoh.
Do you receive compensation for a review?
No. Customers do not receive payment or any other benefit in exchange for a review, unless we explicitly state this in an exceptional case.
How can you report a potentially false review?
If you believe that a review is incorrect or false, you can contact our customer service via our contact page. We will review the report together with our review partner. Kiyoh states that potentially fake reviews can be reported and are then investigated by their review specialists.
