A window squeegee pulls water off a smooth surface in one stroke without leaving streaks. Besides glass you use it on tiled walls, stainless steel worktops and plastic panels, anywhere a cloth only moves moisture around instead of removing it.

The difference lies in the number of blades. A single bladed squeegee puts all the pressure on one edge and works fastest over large panes. A double bladed head presses from two sides and gives more control on uneven glass or where space is tight, around frames and in shower corners for instance. A mini handle keeps the squeegee manageable in one hand and is meant for work within arm's reach.

In food processing and care work, colour coding counts heavily. Giving every room or product zone its own colour stops cleaning equipment wandering between zones, which is why VIKAN offers the same squeegee in several colours. Working widths around 245 and 250 mm cover most daily work and stay manageable in small spaces. For dry preparation a hand brush belongs beside it, and both sit under cleaning material.
