The Blocfor 10R EVO ESD 150 kg is a new-generation automatic fall stopper, designed to secure persons carrying out work at height or on terraces where an integrated rescue system is required. The device allows a fallen person to be evacuated both up and down the full cable length of 10 metres. The fall stopper can be attached to Tractel mobile anchor points such as Tracpode, Tracpode Pro, Tracrod, Davitrac and Davimast via specific bracket configurations, ensuring versatile deployment in a variety of work situations.
The housing is made of ABS-filled polyamide with UV protection and offers high resistance to shock and ageing. The standard version features a 5 mm galvanised steel cable. The integrated ESD system limits forces on the body to a maximum of 600 daN even when the cable is fully extended, significantly reducing the impact in the event of a fall. The compact and ergonomic design, measuring 800 x 260 x 180 mm and weighing 11.5 kg, features a carrying handle and an anchor point suitable for large-diameter connectors.
The Blocfor 10R EVO ESD is suitable for vertical and, depending on the version, also horizontal applications. The mechanism requires no special tools for maintenance and is designed for efficient and space-saving use. The device complies with EN 360/2023 and EN 1496/2017 class B standards and is suitable for a minimum working load of 50 kg and a maximum working load of 150 kg including user and equipment.
