Smooth operation with Skf
- Accommodates severe shaft deflection: The double-row self-aligning design lets you compensate for static and dynamic misalignments without added stress.
- Simple and secure mounting: With its tapered bore, you can fit the bearing quickly and securely onto shafts using adapter sleeves.
- Low friction at speed: The engineered polymer cage minimizes heat and friction, enabling you to maintain high rotational speeds smoothly.
Keep your industrial machinery and drive systems running smoothly with the Skf 2309 EKTN9 double-row self-aligning ball bearing. Its double-row design effortlessly compensates for shaft deflections and angular misalignment without increasing friction or housing stress. Thanks to the tapered bore, you can mount the bearing quickly and securely onto smooth or stepped shafts using an adapter sleeve. Featuring dimensions of 45X100X36 mm and a lightweight polymer cage, this open bearing minimizes heat generation and vibration at high rotational speeds, protecting your conveyor drives and mechanical setups against premature failure.
Product description
Self-aligning ball bearings, with a tapered bore, have two rows of balls, a common sphered raceway in the outer ring and two deep uninterrupted raceway grooves in the inner ring. They are insensitive to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing, which can be caused, for example, by shaft deflection. The tapered bore facilitates ease of mounting via adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves.
