Smooth operation under angular misalignment
- Compensation for shaft deflection: The self-aligning design accommodates angular misalignments and shaft deflections, ensuring your machinery continues running smoothly without binding.
- Effective double contact seals: Built-in 2RS1 rubber contact seals keep lubricant securely inside while blocking dirt and moisture from entering the raceways.
- Durable Skf polymer cage: The reinforced TN9 polyamide cage reduces internal friction and heat generation, delivering quiet performance and extended operational life.
With the Skf 2212 E-2RS1TN9 double-row self-aligning ball bearing, you keep rotating machinery running smoothly even when dealing with shaft deflections and angular misalignments. Its self-aligning design effortlessly absorbs misalignment without increasing friction or causing premature wear. Dual 2RS1 rubber contact seals keep the grease securely inside while protecting internal raceways against dust, dirt, and moisture contamination. The durable TN9 polyamide cage reduces running friction and vibrations, ensuring quiet operation and extended service life. Featuring a 60X110X28 mm size and cylindrical bore, this bearing provides dependable performance for demanding industrial environments.
Product description
Self-aligning ball bearings, with seals on both sides, have two rows of balls, a common sphered raceway in the outer ring and two deep uninterrupted raceway grooves in the inner ring. They are insensitive to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing. The integral sealing can significantly prolong bearing service life because it keeps lubricant in the bearings and contaminants out.
- Accommodate static and dynamic misalignment
- Excellent high-speed performance
- Excellent light load performance
- Low friction
- Integral sealing results in reduced maintenance requirements and prolonged bearing service life
