Smooth rotation through shaft deflections
- Automatic alignment of shafts: You accommodate dynamic misalignments and shaft deflections easily thanks to the spherical outer raceway and double ball rows.
- Sealed against dirt ingress: You protect the internal grease while keeping contaminants out with this double-sealed Skf contact rubber enclosure.
- Reduced friction and wear: Benefit from cooler operation and quiet running because the lightweight polymer cage minimizes internal friction during use.
With the Skf 2211 E-2RS1TN9 double-row self-aligning ball bearing, you keep rotating shafts running smoothly, even when facing dynamic shaft deflections or angular misalignment. Its spherical outer raceway and double-row design automatically compensate for alignment errors, preventing excessive friction and premature bearing wear. The double-sided rubber contact seals keep out dust, dirt, and moisture while retaining factory grease to ensure dependable, low-maintenance operation. In addition, the lightweight glass-fibre reinforced polyamide cage reduces operating friction and minimizes noise, delivering reliable performance across industrial machinery, conveyor systems, and drive applications.
Product description
Self-aligning ball bearings, with seals on both sides, have two rows of balls, a common sphered raceway in the outer ring and two deep uninterrupted raceway grooves in the inner ring. They are insensitive to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing. The integral sealing can significantly prolong bearing service life because it keeps lubricant in the bearings and contaminants out.
- Accommodate static and dynamic misalignment
- Excellent high-speed performance
- Excellent light load performance
- Low friction
- Integral sealing results in reduced maintenance requirements and prolonged bearing service life
