Hygienic hand scrapers and floor and table scrapers in colour codes

Hygienic scrapers clear dough, fat and product residue from worktops, tables, floors and tubs in the food industry without damaging the surface. They belong to the food grade tools for production and processing.

Hand scrapers differ in blade material and width. Nylon hand scrapers of 100 mm are sturdy enough for baked-on residue, 75 mm polyester blades reach into small corners, and flexible 165 mm hand scrapers follow a curved surface such as the wall of a tub. Stainless steel hand scrapers with a thread can be mounted on a handle for work at a distance. For larger surfaces there are 260 mm floor and table scrapers.

Each version comes in several colours, including green, blue, red, yellow, white and orange. Keeping one fixed colour per zone or allergen stops a scraper from the raw zone ending up in the packing room. All scrapers come from Vikan. For moving larger quantities of product, the food grade shovels in polypropylene fit into the same colour system.
