Single-point lubricators for continuous automatic lubrication

An automatic lubrication system doses a small quantity of grease or oil continuously onto a single lubrication point, instead of somebody walking round with a grease gun. That removes the largest single cause of bearing damage: waiting too long and then applying too much at once. You screw the cartridge onto the grease nipple, set the discharge period, and the unit empties itself from that moment on.

The drive is gas-generated. A gas cell slowly builds pressure behind the piston and pushes the lubricant out in metered quantities, including where no compressed air or power is available. That makes it usable on points that are awkward to reach: conveyors, fans, electric motors and positions in rotating or unsafe zones where manual greasing means stopping the machine.

Choose on volume and on lubricant. The SKF cartridges of 60 ml and 125 ml cover short and longer discharge periods, and the fill differs by application: general-purpose grease, a grease for high load and temperature, or mineral chain oil. Match the lubricant to load, speed and ambient temperature. Grease guns, nipples and related material sit under lubricate.
