Reliable anchoring with Fischer FBN II
- High load-bearing capacity: The standard anchorage depth provides high load capacities in non-cracked concrete, meaning you need fewer fixing points and smaller anchor plates.
- Fast and effortless installation: You install the anchor with few hammer blows and minimal slippage, while the drive-in pin protects threads from damage during placement.
- Flexible positioning options: The long M12 thread accommodates component tolerances with ease and allows you to perform push-through or pre-positioned installations securely.
With the Fischer fbn II 12/5 k bolt anchor, you secure heavy fixtures reliably in non-cracked concrete from C20/25 to C50/60. This electro zinc-plated steel anchor with an overall length of 86 mm and M12 thread provides maximum load capacity with a 12 mm drill hole diameter and a fixture thickness of up to 5 mm. Thanks to minimal torque slippage and the drive-in pin, you install the anchor with few hammer blows while protecting the thread from damage. This allows you to mount steel baseplates, brackets, or cable trays indoors quickly using push-through or pre-positioned installation.
Product description
The cost-efficient fixing for flexible use in non-cracked concrete
The fischer bolt anchor FBN II is a steel anchor for cost-effective fixations in non-cracked concrete. Thanks to its long thread and the two anchorage depths, the fischer bolt anchor FBN II is particularly flexible. In addition to pre-positioned and push-through installation, the bolt anchor is suitable for stand-off installation. In the stainless steel design, the bolt anchor is suitable for façade sub-structures, cantilevers and ladders outside.
- The standard anchorage depth achieves the maximum load-bearing capacities. Thus fewer fixing points and smaller anchor plates are required
- The reduced anchorage depth reduces the drill hole depth. This minimises the amount of time needed for installation whilst increasing flexibility
- The long thread balances component tolerances and allows for stand-off installations, thus increasing flexibility
- Few hammer blows and the minimal torque slippage allow for a noticeably simpler installation
- The drive-in pin protects the thread from damage, and thus ensures a faster installation and dismantling of the attachment
Suitable for
- The FBN II is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation; also suitable for stand-off installation under certain conditions
- Prior to installation, place the hexagon nut in the optimal position (the drive-in pin projects by approx. 3 mm out of the hexagon nut)
- When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and expands it against the drill hole wall
- The head embossing offers a simple control of the anchoring
- In the case of series installation, we recommend using the FABS bolt anchor setting tool
