Tool module insert

Tool module inserts divide a system case into fixed compartments, so every tool or accessory has its own place and you see at once what is missing when you pack up. They are part of accessories various and system storage and come in two forms: empty inlays shaped for one machine, and complete tool sets already laid in a foam inlay.

For a machine, choose by type and model. Bosch makes inlays matched to a single machine, for cordless tools on the 18V and 12V platforms, that fit the L-BOXX or another system case. Festool has interiors for Systainers, and Makita, HiKOKI, Metabo, Gedore, Fein and more also have inlays in this category. Always compare your machine's type number with the product name, because an inlay made for another model leaves the machine loose.

If you want the tools and the layout in one go, pick a set in a foam inlay: ratchet spanners, pliers, precision screwdrivers or a trade set for electricians, plumbers or carpenters, from Milwaukee among others. For loose small parts, a pull-out drawer is handier than an inlay.
