PTFE lubricants, dry lubricants, anti-seize and assembly paste for metal and plastic

The lubricants in this category are meant for jobs where ordinary oil or grease falls short: dry lubrication, PTFE lubrication, anti-seize and assembly paste. Technicians, fitters and installers use them to keep parts moving freely, prevent seizing and make assembly easier.

PTFE sprays such as Soudal PTFE Spray, Soudal Lubrit All and the PTFE lubricating spray from WD-40 lubricate metal and plastic parts with a thin film. A dry lubricant such as Soudal Dry Lubricant leaves no greasy layer and attracts less dust at friction points. Loctite 8012 is a metal-free anti-seize for heavily loaded joints that will have to come apart later. For assembly there are Teroson VR 500 Plastilube assembly paste and an acid-free lubricant from Griffon for pipe systems.

There are also application-specific products, such as CRC Wood Glider for wood and a 50 ml atomiser from Bahco. Choose by material, load and whether the joint will need to be taken apart again. Soudal, WD-40, Teroson, Loctite, Griffon, CRC and Bahco are represented. These lubricants are part of lubricants and coolants, which also groups the oils and greases.
