The tool is compact and lightweight, making it easy to transport. The soldering iron can be safely placed on its metal base for greater efficiency. This base allows you to store the soldering iron and take breaks while working. The base of the soldering iron has a metal sponge and sponge tray to prevent the accumulation of solder waste.
