Deburring tools, knives and pen reamers

A deburring tool removes sharp edges and burrs left after cutting, drilling or machining metal, plastic and copper components. Clean, burr-free edges are essential for safe handling, proper assembly fit and a professional finishing quality on every workpiece.

This range includes manual deburring knives with replaceable blades for flat sheet work, pen reamers for cleaning the inside and outside edges of cut pipes, and trimmers with short blades for precise material removal in tight areas. Deflashing tools handle copper and plastic pipe ends quickly after cutting to length on the job site.

Carbide-tipped models maintain their cutting edge far longer than standard steel blades, reducing blade changes during extended production runs. Ergonomic aluminium handles keep the tool lightweight for repeated use without hand fatigue.
