Thanks to the improved ease of cutting, the material removal is increased. Unparalleled radius carbide burr with special curved structure. The specially developed guide system prevents that the cutter slides off the work piece. Therefore it is ideally suited for fine radii at sharp corners/edges and good control over sharp edges. The special groove geometry (overlapping standard gearing in the bit centre) permits fine milling on all surfaces and quick material removal with long service life. The smooth face side helps guiding the cutter and protects the surface from damage. Specially developed for achieving radius chamfers in hard materials such as steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, bronze, copper, brass, etc.
