DX18 dust collection system
Increase efficiency when drilling in concrete with the DX18 dust collection system. The compact, lightweight design uses the tool's own motor for powerful dust extraction. A knob-adjustable inlet and drilling depth, a transparent dust collection container and filter cleaning via a rotary knob keep work clean and precise. Maximum compatible drill size: Ø28 × 265 × 200 mm.
The DX18 combi hammer dust extraction system integrates directly with the tool's motor-driven airflow to capture debris at the drill point. It has a compact design, which ensures constant balance and controlled operation while drilling in concrete. The airflow is directed through an internal chamber where a HEPA filter traps fine particles, ensuring stable extraction efficiency during continuous use. Specifically designed for drilling in concrete, the system is suitable for drill bits with an overall length of up to 265 mm, with an effective dust extraction range of 200 mm. The dust extraction outlet adjusts to the length of the bit via a one-button mechanism, maintaining the correct position in relation to the bit and ensuring consistent collection at different drilling depths. The drilling depth is set with a special push button that locks the extractor in the desired position. Filter maintenance is assisted by a cleaning mechanism activated by a rotary knob. Turning the knob releases accumulated dust from the filter surface, restoring airflow without the need to dismantle the system. The collected material is stored in a transparent dust container that provides a clear view of the filling level, allowing timely emptying. The overall system is designed to function as an integrated accessory that maintains dust control performance while being lightweight and easy to operate in concrete drilling applications.
