Characteristics:

  • LOCTITE 242 is a universal threadlocker based on methacrylate with medium strength and medium viscosity This product has fast fixation times of 5, 15 and 20 minutes for steel, brass and stainless steel respectively
  • LOCTITE 242 is thixotropic to prevent migration after application and is intended for fastenings requiring normal dismantling with standard hand tools.
