Secure anchoring with Fischer FBN II

Practical benefits
  • High load bearing capacity: You achieve strong and dependable hold in non-cracked concrete thanks to the proven expansion clip.
  • Flexible installation depths available: You can utilize reduced anchorage depth to decrease drilling time and effort during assembly.
  • Protected threads during hammering: The integrated drive-in pin protects the M16 thread from damage when you hammer the anchor.

In a nutshell

The right choise for

With the Fischer fbn II 16/25 bolt anchor, you achieve fast, reliable, and solid fastening in non-cracked concrete and dense natural stone. This zinc-plated steel anchor with M16 threading and a total length of 145 mm is built for demanding indoor installations such as industrial racking, steel columns, and heavy brackets. Thanks to the expansion clip, it delivers high load-bearing capacity without any curing time. You can choose flexibly between a fixture thickness of 25 mm at standard anchorage depth and 40 mm at reduced anchorage depth to cut down drilling time. The integrated drive-in pin protects the thread during hammer-in installation.

Product description

The cost-efficient fixing for flexible use in non-cracked concrete

The fischer bolt anchor FBN II is a steel anchor for cost-effective fixations in non-cracked concrete. Thanks to its long thread and the two anchorage depths, the fischer bolt anchor FBN II is particularly flexible. In addition to pre-positioned and push-through installation, the bolt anchor is suitable for stand-off installation. In the stainless steel design, the bolt anchor is suitable for façade sub-structures, cantilevers and ladders outside.

  • The standard anchorage depth achieves the maximum load-bearing capacities. Thus fewer fixing points and smaller anchor plates are required
  • The reduced anchorage depth reduces the drill hole depth. This minimises the amount of time needed for installation whilst increasing flexibility
  • The long thread balances component tolerances and allows for stand-off installations, thus increasing flexibility
  • Few hammer blows and the minimal torque slippage allow for a noticeably simpler installation
  • The drive-in pin protects the thread from damage, and thus ensures a faster installation and dismantling of the attachment

Suitable for

  • The FBN II is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation; also suitable for stand-off installation under certain conditions
  • Prior to installation, place the hexagon nut in the optimal position (the drive-in pin projects by approx. 3 mm out of the hexagon nut)
  • When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and expands it against the drill hole wall
  • The head embossing offers a simple control of the anchoring
  • In the case of series installation, we recommend using the FABS bolt anchor setting tool
