For increased safety, each screwdriver is individually tested at 10,000 volts for 10 seconds

Inline hardening process - +50% tip life and +100% rod strength
Handle material - Softer for greater comfort and still resistant to chemicals.
Handle 'channel' - +10% torsion
Laser marking - gives virtually permanent marking
CNC machining of the tip - provides a better fit to the screw, improving torque transfer and reducing wear and tear.
