OK Tigrod 316LSi is a bare TIG welding rod for welding austenitic stainless steels of the 18% Cr-8% Ni and 19% Cr-12% Ni-3% Mo, such as AISI 316 and 316L. Thanks to its low carbon content, the weld offers excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, whilst the increased silicon content ensures good flow and a smooth weld appearance. The welding rod is suitable for a wide range of applications in corrosive environments.
