Product description

OK 46.44 is a universal rutile-cellulose welding electrode for welding unalloyed steels in all welding positions, offering excellent performance in vertical down-welding. The slag does not run ahead of the molten pool during welding, ensuring good control of the molten pool. For vertical-up welding, the electrode is particularly suitable for the first weld pass on joints with a larger initial gap. Thanks to its easy ignition and re-ignition, OK 46.44 is also ideal for tack welding.
