Product description
- 3-piece step drill bit set HSS 4-12; 4-20; 6-30 mm
- Smooth drilling of various diameters with one drill bit
- HSS staircase drill bit can make smooth drillings of various diameters with one drill bit
- Pre-punching is unnecessary as the split tip enables easy drilling
Advantages
- Drilling various diameters - The HSS step drill bit can make smooth, burr-free holes of various diameters with a single drill bit.
- The drill bit is ideal for deburring, drilling round holes and enlarging existing holes.
- Pre-punching is unnecessary as the split tip allows easy drilling.
- The CNC ground spiral groove offers optimised chip removal and reduced vibration for uniform drilling.
- Axial and radial back grinding ensure excellent cutting performance and absolute smoothness.
- This step drill is suitable for use on thin materials, such as non-ferrous metals, sheet plastic, sheet steel, plastic and stainless steel.
- The step drill is made of HSS (High-Speed Steel) and will last a long time if coolant is used.
- Using laser, the hole diameters in both spiral grooves are clearly visible and durably marked.
- 3-surface shank for drilling machines.
