With the Bessey STBVC15 heavy-duty clamp, you secure heavy steel beams, thick plates, and structural components firmly in place during intense welding and fabrication jobs. Delivering an extreme clamping force of up to 35000 n at 105 Nm torque, it prevents joint separation and workpiece shifting where standard clamps fail. Built with a 150 mm opening capacity and 100 mm throat depth, its sliding arm locks securely along the 40x20 mm steel rail using an integrated wedge. The heat-resistant pressure plate tilts up to 35° for non-parallel surfaces, while the tommy bar and 19 mm hex head ensure effortless, high-torque tightening.
