Product description
- Extra power reserve due to improved rail profile for even build-up of clamping force, especially at max. use of clamping depth
- Release button with slip protection
- Sintered steel eccentric, particularly wear-resistant, low friction due to higher surface hardness
- Up to 5 times faster than conventional pliers
- Safe - insensitive to vibrations
- Strong - clamping force of up to 8,500 N
Safe locking mechanism
The locking mechanism ensures metered, fast and vibration-resistant clamping. The particularly wear-resistant eccentric guarantees a long service life.
Highest stability
The optimised rail profile with greater power reserves enables even force build-up - especially when the clamping width is fully used. The one-piece forged fixed bracket with integrated pressure plate is refined and galvanised, allowing it to withstand very heavy loads and is torsion-free.
Serrated sliding bracket
The slide bracket is toothed and made of die-forged steel. For an extremely long service life.
Ergonomic clamping and release button
The powder-coated clamping lever is particularly ergonomically shaped. The plastic-coated release button with slip guard gives you a firm grip when releasing the clamp.
Safety instructions
- Clamping tools are not suitable for lifting, pulling or transporting.
- Clamping tools should only be clamped by hand and without additional aids.
- Improper use may result in personal injury or property damage.
- Never modify or rework the clamping tool. Only use it in its original state. Use only original parts if necessary.
Material/Surface
- Fixed and sliding bracket made of hardened steel, zinc-plated
- Lever made of cast zinc, powder-coated
- Connecting elements made of steel, zinc-plated or phosphated
- Release button made of plastic
Maintenance
- Regular maintenance is necessary - only then can a secure grip be guaranteed (no slipping of the slide bar)
- Cleaning rails with solvent
- Always keep the rail free of grease, oil or dried glue, wax and silicone-based solvents
- Clean and lubricate the spindle regularly
- In case of shine formation on the rails, roughen both narrow sides with sanding cloth (100-grit paper)
- Clean and lubricate locking latch regularly
