A charger is tied to a battery type or a device series. Choose it by the type number of your instrument or battery, which is in every product name: there are chargers for Li-ion batteries of a given series, external chargers for specific battery packs, a 12V charger for a laser and a charger for rotating lasers.

An external charger charges a spare battery while the instrument keeps working on the second one, so a day of measuring does not grind to a halt. A charging station gives the battery a fixed place in the van or on the workbench.
