Milwaukee electrician's shears, concrete shears and VDE cable cutters
Milwaukee shears and scissors cover the cutting that professionals do by hand: sheet metal, cable, rebar, garden maintenance and thin material on site. Each type is made for one kind of material, so start with what you need to cut through.
For sheet steel, pick tin snips. Straight snips cut straight lines, the right-cutting and curved versions follow bends, and offset snips keep your hand above the sheet. Electricians take electrician's shears for wire and insulation, or a VDE cable cutter of 160 mm or 210 mm for cable on live installations.
Rebar and bolts call for concrete shears. The length sets the leverage: 350 mm for light work, 600 mm for heavier bars, and extendable models of 350/450 mm or 450/750 mm adapt to the job. For green work there are loppers up to 50 mm and secateurs with holder up to 20 mm. Spare blades and cutting wheels for these tools are in Milwaukee cutting wheels, spare blades and pipe stands, in the same group of cutting and bending tools.
