Staples for manual tackers and powered staplers

Staples fasten insulation, fabric, wire and sheet materials securely using manual tackers, electric staplers and pneumatic nailers. This range includes fine wire staples, flat wire staples, cable staples and fence staples in leg lengths from 6 mm to 45 mm. Type G staples in 10 mm and 14 mm sizes fit the most common hand tackers for upholstery, light insulation and packaging work.

Narrow crown staples suit pneumatic finish staplers for trim, moulding and thin panel attachment. Cable staples with rounded crowns hold electrical wiring flat against surfaces without damaging the insulation. Fence staples in heavy 9-gauge wire secure mesh and wire fencing to timber posts.

Galvanised finishes provide corrosion resistance for outdoor applications including roofing underlayment and exterior cladding. Pack sizes range from 600 to 5000 pieces for both small repair jobs and high-volume production runs. Products are available from Bosch, Haubold, Stanley, Milwaukee, Metabo, Paslode, Makita, DeWalt and HiKOKI.
