Extension pipes and extensions for Gedore, Facom and Bahco ring spanners

Extension pipes and extensions slide over the shank of a ring spanner to lengthen the lever arm. They are used on large, seized nuts in machine building, steel construction and maintenance, where the spanner alone is too short to reach the tightening or loosening torque you need.

An extension only fits the spanner series it was made for. That is why every description states which spanner sizes it serves, for example a range of 24 to 30 mm or 60 to 95 mm. Then choose the length, from 460 mm to 860 mm: a longer pipe gives more force but needs more free space around the joint. The diameter, from 19 mm to 30 mm, also belongs to a specific spanner series. Gedore supplies extension pipes for its push-on ring spanners, Bahco extensions for its 310M ring spanners and Facom an extension for its key series 203.
