Using the battery tester, the condition of an LXT battery can be read within 5 seconds. This tells you whether the battery is in perfect condition or why it is not. Is there damage due to deep discharge? Or due to overcharging? It's easy to find out. Power via 4 AA (LR6) batteries or USB adapter ADP05 in combination with Makita battery. XGT batteries can be used with the adapter BTC05 (191K30-9).
