3M Protective coverall 4540+ is made of a laminated premium 2-component non-woven material and has a triangular back panel made of breathable SMMMS for increased comfort. This soft and lightweight coverall provides an excellent barrier against hazardous particles and limited liquid splashes.

The bright white 3M Protective coverall 4540+ with triangular blue back panel meets various standards for protective clothing against chemicals, including EN 1073-2 Radioactive protection, EN 1149 Antistatic, EN ISO 13688, Type 6 Liquid splash EN 13034 and Type 5 Dust EN ISO 13982-1. Made of an advanced non-woven 2-component material with high tensile strength, covered with a microporous laminate: ultra-low lint and a sturdy barrier against hazardous splashes. The coverall is soft and lightweight, for an excellent fit and great comfort for prolonged use. The SMMMS back panel allows the coverall to breathe better and reduces heat stress in hot environments. The knitted cuffs, elasticated waist and ankles improve the fit and increase freedom of movement. The 3-piece hood is suitable for additional personal protective equipment (PPE). The 2-way zips and fully lockable storm flaps reduce skin exposure risk and protect against contaminants. This coverall has an anti-static coating according to EN 1149, which reduces the risk of static discharge and spark formation.
