“We work closely with a dedicated group of architects and subcontractors for both complete renovations and new builds,” says Jan Deroo, “We deliver what the client desires, as long as it’s technically feasible.” Everything is prepared in the in-house workshop, and for every type of job, there’s a suitable team of skilled professionals ready. A top-tier finish is a must. “Delivering quality comes at a cost, in terms of oversight, materials used, and the service provided.” The company employs an integrated ERP system ensuring all actions are tracked. This facilitates detailed project oversight and simplifies invoicing.
A household name in construction
When Rodan Interieur was founded in 2006 by Wannes Daneel, the company primarily focused on parquetry. Gradually, the demand for both joinery and custom work grew, prompting the company’s expansion. With the addition of Jan Deroo as co-director in 2015, the company has grown into a household name today, with 16 permanent staff, a workshop, excellent facilities, and machinery.

Staff welfare is a top priority at Rodan. Jan states, “Taking good care of the staff is paramount. Hence, we organise staff outings twice a year for the entire family and ensure that services are properly compensated. You have to retain skilled people.”
