A limitation is that you need a compressor. Therefore, pneumatic tools are more suitable for the workshop than on-site use. The compressor also increases the initial investment cost and requires maintenance.
Cordless Tools
The great advantage of cordless tools is, of course, mobility. Because the power source is built-in, you can work anywhere without needing an external power source. Compared to pneumatic tools, the purchase costs are lower, and generally, cordless tools require less maintenance. Disadvantages include the higher weight and size and limited working time due to battery life and the risk of overheating. For DIY enthusiasts, this is rarely a problem, but for professionals, it is often a reason to choose air tools for certain tasks.
