Product description

  • PU gun foam
  • Finely doseable PU gun foam for perfectly dosable professional application. This product was specially developed for the professional who does large projects and therefore uses a lot of foam in a short time. Equipped with a classic screw-thread fastening system.

Properties

  • High dimensional stability (no shrinkage or post-expansion)
  • High filling capacity
  • High insulation value, thermal and acoustic
  • Excellent mounting properties

Applications

  • Assembly and sealing of door and window chassis
  • Filling joints, wall passages and cavities
  • Insulating panels, corrugated sheets, roof tiles, etc.

Instructions

  • Shake can well for at least 30 seconds. Tighten the bush well. Set adjusting screw and spray out foam by pulling the trigger. Only partially fill spaces: the foam will expand. Shake regularly during use. When working in different layers, moistening must be done between the layers. Remove spilled, uncured foam with Soudal GUNCLEANER. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically or with Soudal PU remover. Canister, with gun on it, can be stored away for later use without risk of curing. If no new can is placed on the gun, clean the gun thoroughly with Soudal GUNCLEANER. Slightly moistening the substrate accelerates curing and gives an even better cell structure. Processing temperature: +5°C to +30°C. Preferably store upright.
