How do I cancel my order?

 

If you made a mistake or simply changed your mind after placing an order, there's no need to fuss. As long as your parcel has yet to be picked and packed in our warehouse, you'll have the option to cancel right after you placed an order. Simply reach out to our customer service and we will cancel and refund your order.

What is the delivery time at Klium?

 

At Klium we do our utmost best to deliver your order as fast as possible. That's why we ship orders containing stock items, which are placed in our store on working days before 16:00 CET, within 24 hours. Did your order contain backorder items as well? Than we ship your order as soon as the last backorder item arrives in our central warehouse.

You will find the information of the delivery time on each product page and on your order confirmation besides each item.

Do you want an exact delivery time for a backorder article or do you need an urgent delivery? Contact our customer service. We will check all possibilities together with our logistics and suppliers</p

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

 

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to your order after it's been finalised.

Once an order is placed, the ordered products and product sizes can't be changed.

But you can change the delivery adress of an order for a limited time after it's been placed; before it’s picked in the warehouse. Contact the customer service to find out if we're still able to change the delivery adress
