Fault within the warranty period: Please check if the manufacturer's warranty conditions are applicable before you complete the contact form. When you return a good make sure to send us a copy of your invoice. Make sure you have mentioned the reference number you received from us and ensure that the goods are returned to us in adequate and durable packaging. Fault not within the warranty period: As soon as we receive the returned goods, we'll send them to the manufacturer for inspection.
