Orders placed on 25, 26 and 27 December will be processed on Monday 28 December. For these orders, the delivery time shown on the website will in practice be from 28 December onwards.
Orders placed on 31 December and 1,2 and 3 January will be processed on Monday 4 January. For these orders, the delivery time shown on the website will in practice be from 4 January onwards.
Many suppliers will be closed between Monday 14 December 2020 and 6 January 2021. Even though Klium makes sure it has the necessary stock before that time, it is possible that an item that is sold out will only be delivered to our warehouse on or after 4 January.
Due to the enormous volume at this time of year we kindly ask you to be patient in case of a delay. Klium will try to complete your order as soon as possible.
