During the holiday period you can still reach Klium by phone on the following days and times. E-mails are checked daily and we try to answer urgent questions immediately.

Processing orders

Orders placed on 21 and 22 December will be processed on Monday 23 December. For these orders, the delivery time shown on the website will in practice be from 23 December onwards.

Orders placed on 25 and 26 December will be processed on Friday 27 December. For these orders, the delivery time shown on the website will in practice be from 27 December onwards.

Orders placed on 28 and 29 will be processed on Monday 30 December. For these orders, the delivery time shown on the website will in practice be from 30 December onwards.

Orders placed on 1 January will be processed on Thursday 2 January. For these orders, the delivery time shown on the website will in practice be from 2 January onwards.

Status of the stock

Many suppliers will be closed between Monday 16 December 2019 and 6 January 2020. Even though Klium makes sure it has the necessary stock before that time, it is possible that an item that is sold out will only be delivered to our warehouse on or after 6 January.

Due to the enormous volume at this time of year we kindly ask you to be patient in case of a delay. Klium will try to complete your order as soon as possible.
