Although Klium always aims to satisfy its customers, we cannot completely exclude defects and complaints about products. Our approach to warranty allows us to still win your satisfaction. Please note that the conditions for warranty are always met. Additional commercial guarantees are always possible.
The statutory warranty is fully applicable to this agreement. Legal warranty means that a product is or should be that which the consumer may reasonably expect from it. For some products there is also a manufacturer's warranty. This manufacturer's warranty and the additional commercial guarantees (which include manufacturer's or brand guarantees and our additional seller's or KLIUM guarantee offered) do not detract from the statutory guarantee. We request that you report a defect as soon as possible after discovery of the defect.
As soon as the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer receives the products, this recipient is obliged to examine the products carefully. If the product or the delivery is affected by a visible defect, and this is externally perceptible by the recipient, he can file a complaint about this. The Buyer must communicate these complaints explicitly, unequivocally and with reasons in writing to Klium, within a reasonable time after delivery to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer. It is Buyer's duty to provide sufficient justification for this communication. We always recommend a justification using all reasonable technical means available, such as photo and video.
The defective products must be returned to Klium, always if reasonably possible in original condition, including their packaging if reasonably possible, and always accompanied by the original invoice or a valid proof of payment. The return is always at the risk of the Buyer. The costs of return due to a hidden defect are borne by the Buyer, unless there is a valid claim under the warranty. Klium recommends that these products are returned by registered post and with insurance, to avoid the risks of loss and theft. We ask you to return the product at the latest within 7 calendar days after communication.
