Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Geschillencommissie via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show&lng=EN).
Klium will respond thoroughly within 14 days after receipt of the complaint. This applies to both private and business complaints. But of course we try to solve all complaints as quickly and as well as possible.
