Corona has a major impact on our day to day life.
That is true for Klium as well, which is why we’ll be organizing our services differently for the time being. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to ensure customer satisfaction and service during this time.

We are still here to help you
Our Customer Care agents will continue taking your calls but they are now working from home.
That means we might not be reachable at all times. Do you need to contact us? Then the preferred method for doing so is using the Klium Live Chat or sending us your message through mail, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.

Your package
Our logistics employees work with a modified schedule and in modified conditions.
The teams are equiped with protective gear and follow all guidelines around social distancing and hygiene. Please keep in mind that an occasional delay cannot be ruled out. If ordered before 16h, stock items are prepared for shipment that same day. The courier will do everything in his power to deliver your package as soon as possible. For non-stock items we are very much dependent on our suppliers. Given the circumstances, delivery might be a little later than indicated on your order confirmation. Do you want more information about the delivery time of non-stock items? Don’t hesitate to contact us. We remain in direct contact with our suppliers so we can answer your question.

Masks, protective suits and other safety products
Worldwide, the supplies are nearly depleted.
Manufacturers give priority to regions and institutions that need these safety items the most right now. Our own supply of protective items for the Corona virus is depleted as well. That is why we stopped offering safety products like FFP2 masks on our shop. Please understand that the delivery (time) for those kinds of non-stock safety items cannot be guaranteed at this time.
