Klium awarded with BeCommerce Cross-border Award 2019

Klium awarded with BeCommerce Cross-border Award 2019

On Thursday 16 May, the BeCommerce Awards were presented for the fourteenth time by BeCommerce - the Belgian e-commerce association - to the best webshops operating in Belgium. For this 14th edition, the BeCommerce Awards were revamped completely. Where there used to be 26 categories, now there's only 13. Another novelty feature is that ten of these categories were judged by both jury (50%) and the general public (50%). The expert jury - led by Ronald Boeckx, e-commerce pioneer and entrepreneur - assessed the nominees based on both general and more narrowly defined criteria. The other members of the jury were Damien Jacob, Edouard Seynaeve, Matthieu van der Schueren, Michel Vermaeke, Benoît Octave, Els Bruegelmans, Alexandra Leunen, Benny Sintobin and Doriane Magnus. The public was given the chance until 8 May to complete an online survey, in which they were asked about the quality and price of the products, the ease-of-overview and diversity of the product range, the service and user-friendliness of the web shop.

Cross-border Award thanks to Klium.nl and Klium.com

Klium was awarded with the 'BeCommerce Cross-border Award' for the best transnational store. The award honours e-retailers who are active in at least two other European countries. The webshops must be designed in the language of the country in which they are active, they must be based in Europe and have a strategy for conquering multiple European markets. It is our 6th e-commerce prize in 4 years. But this recognition is something special indeed. We only started with www.klium.com last year and are already winning prizes with it. Through this site we sell in no less than 27 countries. All orders are shipped from Hasselt and can be delivered quickly.
